You and your team were so good at getting us needed information and helping us know what was coming next, and helping us figure out our best options. In addition, we were coming in pretty low energy, low morale, overwhelmed, and with our energy divided trying to keep other parts of life afloat. You were the perfect team to help keep us going when we needed to, but were so respectful and patient when we weren’t as responsive or proactive as you or we would have liked. Lastly, your encouragement and kindness were so appreciated. It was very helpful emotionally to have you keep us so well informed about what was going on from the beginning to the end.
